The ATOS Q 3D scanner delivers full-area 3D scans, which enable us to carry out comprehensive process and quality control.

We mainly use the ATOS Q for complex measurement tasks in quality assurance.

Together with the powerful ZEISS Inspect Pro software, the ZEISS measuring system is an important component for the control and optimization of our high quality standards.
